If you, the proud parent, think that your baby has got it, then there is no better way to get started on the road to stardom than entering your baby in a baby photo contest. There is no better, nor faster way, to get the early exposure you and your baby need, than using this means to get attention. After all, most baby photo contests are sponsored by companies looking for the next Cindy Crawford or…or…or the male equivalent to Cindy Crawford, whoever he is.

Where to start? Now comes the hard part: deciding which of your many thousands, possibly hundreds of thousands of baby pictures you’ve taken of the darling little one since the day he or she arrived is the best of all the rest to represent your baby the day the spotlight shines. In my humble opinion, that decision should be based solely upon your objectives. If you are after career exposure for your baby, then free photo contest is the way to go. However, if you are after career exposure and you’d like to pick up some nice prizes along the way, then those contests that you have to pay a fee to enter most often carry the best prizes.

Online photo contests are the easiest to both find and enter. In today’s technologically savvy world, most people have digital cameras, photo editors on their computers, and a connection to the internet. So it is an easy matter to prepare your chosen baby picture to be uploaded to the online photo contest of your choice, do a search in Google or your favorite search engine, and choose the online photo contest that will best serve your purpose, either advancing your baby’s future career or capturing the best prizes, or both. Payments, if an entry fee were involved, are easy to do online as well.

What is the next step? Why, becoming a baby photo contest winner, of course. You should expect no less than victory. With these initial victories, with winning multiple baby photo contests, you increase your chance of exposure in front of the right crowd. The movers and shakers. The biggest benefit to entering online photo contests is the winning photos are displayed online for all those big wigs to see and discover your little angel.

They’re just jealous, right?

Enter them to have fun, and be sure your baby knows that it is not whether you win or lose, it is the lifetime of memories both of you will share when recalling the contests that were entered.
